Goonswarm continually break TOS why aren't they banned?

Dante Algermain Gallente Silver Snake Enterprise Systematic-Chaos	Posted - 2009.05.28 09:13:00 - [1] In a week away from the front this noob/pubbie (whatever other name you decide to dismiss my post coz you're all so great and i'm not) has been mulling over the various actions and tactics of both sides in the current war. If you actually bother to read this and not just make ridiculous post about napping the map or how great one side is or the other then great, if not then meh. Reading the Terms of Service that all of us signed up to when we subscribed to Eve Online you'll see quite clearly that Gonnswarm have broken severl points in them, yet nothing has been done about it. Now CCP will say you need to petition these things and they will "investigate" however that's a waste of time imho because mostly things will get brushed under the carpet. The first point (and im taking these in order of printing on the TOS) that GS break is point 2. If you look at the station names on this list http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/GoonSwarm then you will clearly see names including Buutes and Donges, Dgrape in your mouth etc. Which ever way you spin this these are "obscene" and use alternate spelling. for this these should be dealt with, but no the names are still there. Second point. TOS point 3. From the spouting of racist, anti semetic rubbish in local GS obviously advocates this type hate mongering and therefore membership of this group breaks the TOS. Third point. TOS point 16. Again the spouting and spamming of local by 2-300 players is an inapproiate use of a public channel, also jumping 14 titans into a system probably causes excessive lag. Fourth point. TOS point 23. GS over the holiday weekend exploited the jump bug to deny anybody reasonable access to a good fight. I therefore implore CCP to remove GS and all their assets from the game. The thoughts expressed in this post are by no means representative of my corp or my alliance. This is a post of thoughts, not tears. It is intended to point out some failings i feel there are in the current CCP handling of a group of people who's stated aim in whichever game they play is to ruin it for others. They openly admit of their public sites that they encourage scamming and generally making life crap for other players. My only annoyance at the weekend was that there was not enough fights, instead a mass lock down of a system or 2. Which is boring, so long as you have a good fight it doesn't matter if you win or lose (except if you think this is more than just pixels). If you really want to always be on the winning side then get a second account and be on both sides. There are players that take this game too seriously and compare themselves to Allies and Axis in WW2, obviously depending on your point of view GS are either Allies or Axis. The mindless spamming of others ideas, just shows the extent to which the GS mentality of "if it isn't GS then dismiss it" is taken on board by it's members and then rammed down the throats of the rest of the player base. GS propoganda is a best entertaining but for the most part plain drivel. Continuously repeating the same mindless points of view like a bunch dogs, they cling to the coat tales of the GS leadership hoping to be thrown scraps.

[...] at most those members should be gagged / warned, has nothing to do with their corp or alliance anyone else finding this a bit ironic? I would find it ironic if the whole ethos of GS didn't encourage their members to spam up local.
